I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for my delicous delivery today. I literally had two meals today and both of them consisted of your wonderful food. I tore into the wedge of focaccia at work with a taste of the pesto and blackberry butter--WOW! When I got home I cut into the loaf of rye bread and had it with the same two condiments--even more incredible! The loaf of rye was just the texture that I love in bread, flavorful and "light and bubbly"--if that makes sense, not too dense, which is what I really like--you have acheieved perfection in bread baking. I hope that I have enough left for my get-together on Sunday, but that may not happen. I am so glad that I was able to begin to try your menu today and hope to try it all (I think I have already established a favorite or two).

Tonight I made fried chicken, waffles on an old-fashioned Norwegian cast iron waffle maker that I found at a resale shop (was a lucky find for me), and topped them with your fennel blackberry butter--simply amazing and perfect combination!

That pesto is good stuff. Yesterday I wanted a quick-easy dinner. I cooked and drained about a half pound of pene pasta. Then stirred in about a tablespoon of pesto. Viola!!!! A quick-easy-deliscious dinner for probably less than $2.00. Who knew I was such a GREAT cook?

Tonight I needed some plain old chicken noodle soup to fight the allergies. I topped the steaming bowl with a dollop of your pesto - and instantly it turned into a gourmet treat!
